The Rules
Participation at The Glamping Show is subject to the Terms & Conditions that form part of your contract for stand space.
Here are a few simple guidelines that should be taken into consideration:
- Gangways must be kept clear. No part of your stand or structure or any part of your demonstrations can impinge on the gangway or access ways surrounding your stand.
- Set all demonstrations back from the edge of your stand to allow visitors to view them without blocking the gangways.
- Do not park vehicles or store materials outside of your stand area. If required we will remove any materials that are contravening this rule.
Please read the Terms & Conditions of exhibiting and the Exhibitors Manual.
Special Notice
Exhibitors booking exhibition space in the outdoor field area should consider the possibility of adverse or inclement weather conditions and be aware of the following:
- If the weather conditions are poor, it may be necessary to change the location of your stand.
- If the weather conditions are severe, it may be necessary to move your stand to the perimeter of the field to ensure safe access.
- Should weather conditions affect the build-up, open or breakdown periods of the event, the venue, event organisers and contractors cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for any resulting effects, costs or claims.
