Wanderlust Camping Club are an exempt camping organisation covering England, Scotland and Wales. By working with us you may be able to open your camping or Glamping site without the need for formal planning permission.
Our sites have no seasonal restrictions and are able to trade for the full season and even all year round. We do not place advertising restrictions on our sites and so they are able to advertise and take bookings wherever they please.
The club has an active and fast growing social media platform where we aim to increase direct bookings for our sites.
The club founders are themselves site owners and are able to offer invaluable advice and guidance when setting up, marketing and running your own site.
Does your Camping or Glamping site need planning?
Depending on the site and your location we may be able to certify you for up to 5 caravans/shepherd huts/pods and a number of camping pitches, bell tents or similar. We can usually get suitable sites certified in 6-8 weeks. There is no need to spend thousands of pounds on surveys and expensive planning applications, the club will asses your site for suitability.
Ideal sites would be well screened and ideally set away from any neighbouring properties. Sites near to noisy roads and built up areas would not usually be suitable.
