LUXURY PODS PRESENTS

LOCX SYSTEM & LOCX LIVING

WHAT IF YOUR NEXT GLAMPING UNIT BECAME THE REASON GUESTS CHOSE YOUR SITE?

Guests remember places that surprise them: the view, atmosphere and feeling of staying somewhere different.

At The Glamping Show this year Luxury Pods is presenting LOCX System and LOCX Living – a new approach to creating distinctive glamping accommodation, wellness spaces and modular buildings.

LOCX System is the configurable structural platform at the heart of the buildings. LOCX Living is the collection of pods, saunas, studios and modular spaces the system can become. Together, they give operators, developers and designers greater freedom to create around the guest experience, location and commercial vision.

BUILT ON YEARS OF ENGINEERING

Led by founder and inventor Craig Phillips, who brings more than 30 years of product-development and manufacturing experience, the Luxury Pods team has spent over three years researching, developing and refining LOCX.

The system has progressed through precision engineering, prototyping and construction into working technology. It is supported by an intellectual-property portfolio, including 150 registered industrial designs and 13 registered trademarks across its brands.

Protected innovation. Precision engineering. Real buildings.

Visitors can step inside the PANORAMAX Sauna and Studio, both available now, examine the exposed LOCX structure and discover how precision-cut components become finished spaces.

Models and concept visuals will also reveal what is coming next: distinctive LOCX Living glamping pods.

The nine-sided NonaPod concept demonstrates how repeatable modules can create a recognisable building whose length, layout, glazing, cladding, interior and accessibility can be developed around the project.

LOCX is not simply another pod. It is the system that makes many different pods and building forms possible.

CONFIGURABLE BY DESIGN

Precision-cut mechanical connectors join structural profiles without requiring a conventionally welded frame during assembly. The system supports configurable shapes and dimensions, repeatable modules, flat-packed transportation and planned assembly.

Mechanical connections allow structures to be designed for dismantling, reconfiguration and relocation, subject to engineering and site requirements. Projects can be supplied as a frame, frame-and-materials package, shell or completed building.

A raised-base option can lift the occupied floor, helping reduce exposure to flooding while providing access for electrical, water and waste services. Subject to ground conditions, foundation design and site assessment, it may reduce the need for a concrete pad and provide space for protected services, equipment or storage.

MORE CIRCULAR THINKING

LOCX structures are manufactured in Britain using recycled aluminium profiles. Precision production helps minimise material waste, while flat-packed transportation and design for disassembly help components remain useful as requirements change.

BRING US YOUR IDEA

Whether you are planning one remarkable unit or an entire destination, bring Craig and the team your sketch, unusual requirement or challenging site.

Come to see the finished sauna and studio. Stay to discover what the future of glamping construction could become.
